Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can place an order as a guest.
However, having an account provides benefits such as:

  • Faster checkout

  • Easy access to your order history and order status

  • Early access to new releases and promotional updates


What is the status of my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email allowing you to track its status.

Can I change my order?

We can only modify orders that have not yet been processed for dispatch.
Once your order is marked as “In Production”, “Ready to Ship” or “Shipped”, changes are no longer possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

Style District uses PayPal for secure processing. Through PayPal, we accept:

How secure is my online order?

All payment information is processed through SSL-encrypted pages.
Your card details are encrypted and sent directly to our payment provider for authorisation.
No card information is stored on our servers.


Which currency will I be charged in?

All orders are processed in USD.
If your bank account or card uses another currency, your bank will apply the relevant conversion rate.


SHIPPING

How do I enter my shipping address?

As our system is based in English, please enter your address using English characters only.
If your address contains accented or non-English letters, please replace them with their closest English equivalent.


Can I change my shipping address?

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, the address cannot be changed.
Please ensure you enter a residential address rather than a temporary location.

How long does shipping take?

Order processing takes 3–7 days on average.
Delivery time varies by location, typically 14–30 days after dispatch.


How do I track my package?

What if I am not at home during delivery?

Depending on your country and courier:

  • A second delivery attempt may be made

  • The courier may contact you to arrange a new delivery

  • You may be required to collect your parcel at a local post office

What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

Do you accept returns?

Yes — under these conditions:

  • The item was purchased from our online store

  • It has not been used or worn

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

Can I exchange an item?

Yes.
Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns.
When contacting us, please specify that you want an exchange and which item you would like instead.


Are returns free?

Return shipping may be free in certain cases.
If the reason for return is not due to a Style District error, return postage may be deducted from your refund.


How long does it take to process a return?

Returns are confirmed within 14 days of the item reaching our warehouse.
Refunds, exchanges or store credit are issued within 14 days after the return is approved.
